Travel Consultant/ Assistant Travel Consultant (Call Centre – Corporate Clients)

工作職責:

Provide full range of travel consultancy services to our corporate clients include flight, hotel, cruise reservations or other travel arrangement via phone or email. Handle requests and enquiries promptly, accurately and professionally. Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required.

工作要求:

Form 5 or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Tourism Management or related discipline 1 year relevant experience in Travel & Tourism Industry is preferable Knowledge of ticketing system (Abacus or Amadeus) Good command of Chinese and English Customer service orientated with good communication and listening skills Proficient in PC operation with Chinese word processing Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Travel Consultant
